MEDUSA

Celebrating the 40th anniversary of the 1981 film “CLASH of the Titans," we've created this LIFE-SIZE tribute statue of the stop motion puppet “Medusa the Gorgon” designed by Mr. Ray Harryhausen. 

BUILD PROCESS - INFO

This statue is 6'2" in height including the faux rock base. The themed base is 40” wide and 32” deep. The body is made of fiberglass and EVA foam-filled construction, with foam-filled rubber arms, and posable hair snakes. The head is sculpted of resin with glass eyes and a highly-detailed paint scheme. The life size Gorgon was all handmade by the design studio team.
