The Mummy's Tomb - This is a life-sized statue capturing Lon Chaney Jr.'s eerie and haunting portrayal of Kharis, the vengeful undead mummy. Released by Universal Pictures on October 23, 1942, the film draws audiences into a chilling tale of ancient curses and reawakened wrath. This statue pays homage to that legacy with uncanny realism—its portrait sculpt was personally supervised by Ron Chaney, great-grandson of the legendary Lon Chaney Sr., ensuring a reverent and authentic tribute to his family’s iconic lineage.
Mounted on a faux foam-themed Egyptian base with discreet wheels (measuring 32x24x4 inches), the statue stands an imposing 6 feet 10 inches tall. Crafted from fiberglass, foam rubber, and resin, with aged linen wraps, the piece exudes cinematic gravitas and screen-accurate texture—down to its size 13 feet—evoking the timeless dread of Kharis rising from his tomb.
